Here is a link to the revised rules of engagement.  This is the worst of times in America.  Americans are suffering poor leadership not just at home but also abroad.  The recent incidents of Lance Cpl. Joshua Bernard and now the four marines killed which maybe attributed to the new rules of engagement is getting to sound like another Vietnam.  Hasn’t America learned her lesson?  This administration wants our brave men and women to fight an almost perfect war with hopefully no civilian casualties.  Have we forgotten this is war?
